Pros

– Flexibility in your time and work

Cons

– Don't give much work to interns. Perceived incapable! – Highly centralised

Advice to Management

– Decentralise at least basic paper-work and trust people.

I worked at Orient Abrasives full-time for more than a year

Pros

Easy to enter, salary on time, activities except work, few people are good supportive

Cons

politics, involve of management in every issues, low salaries, low increment, no scope of training, they make you resign any time without any reason. they have ruined careers of many people.

Advice to Management

Give support to people who are working efficiently, there are only few, others are just enjoying in salaries given by you. Please dont just ruin careers of people by terminating them anytime.... There are lot of things which are not reaching you eventhough you are connected to everyone in the company. Your AGMs and Managers are befooling you and exploiting junior staff.
