Lots of opportunities to develop and progress. Great people. Strong Exec leadership team. A clear plan with balanced objectives. Great flexible working options.

Cons

Some challenges with culture remain from previous leadership (eg lack of diversity) but big improvements have been made

Continue to work on and prioritise the embedding of a colleague and customer-centric culture.
