I have been working at Synarbor full-time for more than a year

Pros

- Exceptional earning potential unmatched by competitors (uncapped earning) - Strong, Professional and established management team - Very clear goals and lots of support to achieve them - Work hard,... play hard culture - Individual billing but with a strong team ethos

Cons

No specific cons to discuss - fantastic company to be part of. Same cons as any recruitment company but with much stronger pros and better benefits!!

Advice to Management

Keep inspiring! Carry on supporting staff to achieve their potential. Maintain the sense of teamwork.

Pros

Great support offered from all levels of management in the company, to really help you grow and succeed Tailored training and development classes to help you hit your next level Lots of incentives... such as long weekend trips away (which are SO much fun), vouchers, prizes and team nights out Shorter hours in the school holidays Performance and achievements always positively acknowledged and celebrated

Cons

Turnover can be high in some areas, but the same can be said for most recruitment agencies!
