Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at TBC full-time for more than a year

Pros

Good people and ethos and salary

Cons

Not enough additional benefits

"Wow"5 May 2019

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at AutoShack.com full-time

Pros

Not sure if I can think of any

Cons

Poor management Poor direction given Pay should be more seeing the hours you are expected to work. Expe ctation of work per department is way off. One department does everything when others do... little to nothing.

Advice to Management

Think on what you do before implementing. Changes are done on the fly and everytime they fail.
