Can be a solid place to gain some career experience.

Cons

For a small company, processes are somewhat disorganized. In my opinion, employees are not utilized effectively. Also, the company appears to lack a strong strategic vision and competitive... differentiation.

Advice to Management

Expand to other areas beyond employee engagement, and hire individuals that have more rigorous training in research methodology around the core product offerings. Also, I would suggest changing the... go-to market strategy and competitive differentiation to remain competitive in a crowded market.
