i love drive and have good experience from other job when i was driving by 1year. before i was van driver in UK Express so i drive yours parcels as well. every week i did about 3000 mils.

I worked at CitySprint Express Courier and Logistics (MN) full-time for less than a year

Pros

Pay is good for the job, and it is an easy job

Cons

Too relaxed to the point of people taking it for granted, hard workers aren't acknowledge Not enough effort is put into maintain satisfaction from the staff which is was causes high turn over.... Staff continue to get unhappy but it is ignored by management causing people to leave frequently.

Advice to Management

Reward hard working staff, be aware of problems within teams and deal with it especially when being told by a number of different staff about the same issues.
