I have been working at O2 full-time for more than a year

Pros

Although O2 has clear customer obsession and clear objectives throughout that enables you to perform to the best of your abilities. However, the thing that has caught me by surprise the most is the... people obsession they also have. Over the course of my time here I have had the privilege to work in an environment where everyone looks out for each other, where you are recognised and valued throughout. I have the privilege to work with leaders who are inspirational. Your efforts and hard work are always recognised and everyone works hard to make sure everyone feels valued and are a part of the team. For me, personally, my line manager and his line managers have created an environment where I feel like I can make suggestions and add value without the slightest fear of repercussions in the event of making a mistake even to the point that I have noticed that they adapt to me to enable me to flourish. This whole environment has helped me become more confident in myself and feel like I have a voice. This has gone onto reflect also in my personal life. I feel privileged to work as part of a company that actually improves my mental health just by being part of the team 🙂
