I have been working at Tech Mahindra full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Defined Roles each team member had a defined role and specific responsibility. Received several chances to work for different UK based clients (BT & OPENREACH)

Cons

Working hard and efforts put into work was not valued. Never got any chance to move ahead into the next level of management.
