I worked at Teradyne

Pros

Was a very strong learning company, and was one of the pioneering organizations that truly embodied the way to embrace much of the positive aspects of TQM.

Cons

Changing macro conditions resulted in some of the learning culture turning to a more controlling culture which was noticeable several years after a number of mergers and acquisitions.

Advice to Management

The need to respond to macro conditions was critical and reflecting on some of the mergers and acquisitions may be helpful now these are very much in the past. The intention is to see if there are... still lessons to be learnt from these earlier experiences.

Current Employee - Product Manager

I have been working at Schneider Electric full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Flexible working environment Good engagement through employee feedback People

Cons

Opportunities sometimes restricted based on location

Advice to Management

Improve collaboration between different business units
