Current Employee - NST

I have been working at Thames Water full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Progression, Reward, Passion, Dedication, Friendly and helpful peers - Like a family.

Cons

The hours can be very hard, especially as front line.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Investigo full-time for more than a year

Pros

Fantastic culture with ambitious people Company strategy seems clear and is communicated to employees 4 and half day week and paid for 5! Treated like adults, with the ability to manage your own... diary/day without been micro-managed Response to the COVID-19 outbreak was exemplary; - no knee-jerk decision to making employees redundant which seemed common place throughout the recruitment industry - furloughed employees were kept up to date regularly through Town Halls and line mangers kept in touch

Cons

Very clear promotion/progression plans for consultants, not so clear for support staff however this does seem to be in the process of being addressed at the moment !
