Featured Review

Current Employee - Head of Software Engineering

I have been working at The Very Group full-time for less than a year

Pros

Very consistent & clear communication Very clear process during recruitment/offer Very visible and accessible exec line Very inclusive and engaging culture Very ambitious and exciting plans

Cons

The onsite Costa, Juice bar, and restaurant are far too appealing!!

Advice to Management

More of the same right now please.

Former Employee - Manager

I worked at The Hut Group full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

If you're in you 20s, it's a lot of great opportunities to do things you'll not get to do anywhere else at a young age. If you're ready to get stuck and learn very fast with little help while you go,... then it's the right place for you.

Cons

A difficult environment to navigate if you get into the wrong mindset. Hard to shine unless you're a top performer (but good if you are).
