Cabin Crew

I worked at Thomsonfly

Pros

Great company to work for, they look after you so much

Cons

Unsociable hours for cabin crew however that is the nature of the job

Current Employee - Manager

I have been working at TUI Group part-time for more than a year

Pros

interesting work, flexible working - NewWork@Tui is only going to continue to make this better, able to participate in varied work, global company with the opportunity to work abroad and be part of... large virtual teams, pay is market level and fair for the work that is done

Cons

The culture can be overly consensual so take a while to get to a decision, but upside once the decision has been made you've got the support of everyone to get behind it.

Advice to Management

keep listening to colleagues it will keep the culture one where people can bring themselves to work
