Pros

Working with best in class experts. Flat organization, everyone has a saying. 100% openness about decisions for all scales.

Cons

Must find your own way in the organization. Has a unique way to do business. Sometimes hard to catch-up. Learning curve is steep.

Advice to Management

Personal development budget can be increased
