Featured Review

Former Employee - Project Manager

I worked at TransPerfect full-time for more than a year

Pros

You won’t be the only one feeling unappreciated in your work life all your co-workers will too so you’ll have a conversation starter

Cons

Don’t believe any of the good reviews, they ask current employees they need to write reviews to bounce up their look. I have never seen micromanagement like in this place. You won’t be treated with... any respect and you have imbeciles as managers who get a kick out of being called “a manager”. They promote out of favouritism and give you peanuts for your work

Advice to Management

Start again, the place is ruined

Former Employee - Group Manager

I worked at DeNA full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

- People are open-minded to discuss. Pursuing the original goal, and not adherent to their own opinion. - Flexible working style. Remote work allowed under some conditions (depends on division).

Cons

- Too much managerial activity: risk management, talent management - Less meal support: variety of lunch boxes with variation in prices is provided daily.
