Former Employee - Summer Analyst

I worked at USAA Real Estate full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great people, many different departments could possibly work in, good training

Cons

none can think of

Current Employee - Sales Manager

I have been working at New Western full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Teamwork makes the dream work. My team is my family. We work hard and embrace a great deal of success in Nashville. I moved up quickly by staying focused and by recognizing the opportunity for fast... growth. The amount of opportunity is astounding and I can't wait to see what my future holds with the company. I went from dead broke to about to being a broker with the company in just 3 years opening my own office.

Cons

Commission only is both scary and invigorating. This job takes focus but can be very easy to get down on your self when things happen. The training can be a bit of trial by fire but if you stay... humble and are willing to learn the sky is the limit for the potential.

Advice to Management

Stay on top of growing support tools and training.
