It's clear that Mike Ettling and the Global Leadership Team have serious ambition - and they're taking everyone along with them on... this journey. People are central to all decisions; whether it's the people who work at Unit4, the people who work for our partner organisations or the people who use Unit4 ERP, FP&A, HCM and Student Management software as customers - everyone benefits for our people first philosophy. It's a fast-paced environment and there's lots to do - everyone is enthusiastic and approachable and keen to make improvements. People are valued and there are great opportunities. For a large global organisation there is still a sense of belonging and comradery. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Unit4 as a great place to work.
I haven't come across anything I would consider a con.
