Featured Review

Former Employee - Community Based Case Manager

I worked at UnitedHealth Group full-time for more than a year

Pros

Compassion driven corporate culture, excellent pay and benefits, management that focuses on positive reinforcement and training, wonderful co-workers, fulfilling work with measurable daily... achievements.

Cons

Constant change, sometimes without proper notification, lack of job security (employment determined by the state's political climate)

Current Employee - Associate Project Leader

I have been working at Parexel full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Work life balance, internal career advancement, generous PTO

Cons

Benefits a little more expensive than other CRO's, still to "process driven," high turn over of Line management
