"Great people"21 Oct 2019

Former Intern - Registry

I worked at University of St. Andrews for more than a year

Pros

Good social system, good hours, people are nice and have manageable expectations, especially for student employees

Cons

Work could be too slow at times

Current Contractor - Waiter/Bartender

I have been working at University of Edinburgh for more than 5 years

Pros

Nice, trained and organised staff and managers even on a busy 270 cover night. Nice payrate. I can just recommend

Cons

Some shifts starts early (but you choose it actually)

Advice to Management

Keep on going and keep on training, helping and assist the staff on the same way to keep the great service. Costumers can feel if the employee is trained and happy.
