Collaborative, friendly, caring and resilient team. Large variety of scientific challenges to engage with Supportive well-being and social initiatives. Diverse and inclusive community
Cons
We can be too cautious in our decisions; too scared to fail at times. I believe this has surfaced because of how the company has rapidly expanded in recent years.
Advice to Management
Take more risks. Failure is the norm in our industry. If we fail, let's fail swiftly and move forward positively. As to Reshma's point, she has only been in the job for 8 months, it is impossible... for me to make a call.
