Featured Review

Current Employee - Senior Sales Executive

I have been working at Virgin Media full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great work life balance, amazing perks, great wage, easy to move up within the company.

Cons

Pushing everyone to go online so struggling for customers here in retail

Advice to Management

Take more care in where you’re pushing customers, we know our customer service team isn’t the best and we are failing on the retention of existing customers.

Current Employee - Assistant Store Leader

I have been working at O2 full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Targets that are extremely touch and go but when achieving them incredibly rewarding.

Cons

Longer hours due to the nature of phone sales.

Advice to Management

Be prepared to commit.
