Pros
I have worked at a few companies throughout my career and none have been better than Autotrader. Firstly you are welcomed into the company with a short trip away with other new colleagues. This sets... the tone of your working life here. You then have the yearly conferences which outline everything current the company is doing. Next, the management are very supportive in work and help with anything you are struggling with. They will also push you to better yourself in any way you can. This can be courses or getting involved in projects which will better your career and knowledge. The work is quite high pressure but when you have finished something it feels very rewarding. Them team often chip in together to get urgent stuff done so there isn't a point where you'd feel stuck on your own. The offices are amazing especially for a car fan. Cars and vans dotted around do which you can sit in for meetings. Also breakfast is free on Fridays!!
Cons
I can only really think of one con and it's workload in the department fluctuates. It can be nice and steady but then it can be mega busy some days. Management do recognise this and allow staff to... leave early some times. Some of the systems could do with a tweek. Delays and clunkiness loading things up can slow a job/task down
