-Role is demanding but is well supported by peers and line management. -excellent rewards package including pay, pension, share save, bonus & holiday allowances -lots of recognition for a job... well done, including financial ‘thank you’d’ -the world really is your oyster if you’re willing to put the work in -market leading HR policies, including 16 weeks paid paternity leave with 6 months phased return to work(80% work for 100% pay) -good discounts for yourself and friends mobile contracts -forward thinking and challenger brand -excellent D&I initiatives
Only downside is you won’t experience working for any other company(as you’ll never want to leave)
Advice to Management
Carry on what you’re doing, even if it’s a bit bumpy now and again. We are in a far better place now than we were when I joined.
