A forward thinking and aspirational global company, especially at the corporate level. Good working environment and excellent standards of production. Salaries good for area.

Cons

Not so many opportunities for progression if you are not able to be globally mobile. Some local management issues that need to be resolved.

Try to make sure there are opportunities for progression and development even for those employees who wish to stay local.
