NexRep is an awesome company to work for. They really become more like family. It's so nice to work for a company that really works together as a team, even if working solo, you know someone is... always there to help!

Cons

The only Con I could really think of is that I wished I would have heard about this company sooner. As a special needs mom and a single mom, I would have loved to have known about this company and... been able to apply way before I did! Once I heard about you guys, I applied and became an agent in 2018. Here we are now and I am apart of the support team :)

Advice to Management

Just to keep doing what you are doing! I love the engagement and the times all the upper management takes to speak everyone involved within the company. There are some companies out there where this... is unheard of, or you never speak/meet with CEO's or upper management!
