Current Employee - Cable Jointer

I have been working at Western Power Distribution full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Salary car parking ppe working hours

Cons

You get paid the same salary as other people in your grade so there is no financial incentive to gain extra skills or be harder working then your Co worker as they can be lazy and get paid exactly... the same

"Great company"29 Jun 2016

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Western Power full-time

Pros

Great company to work for, good salary interesting work, no two days the same. They look after their workforce.

Cons

None really that I can think of, but if you keep your nose clean you have as best as a job for life you can get

Advice to Management

Minimal management structure is good, meaning less red tape than other companies, therefore easier to make decisions.
