$ No Micro managing $ Very smart people around, who are passionate about what they do $ Focus on clients $ Decent office
Cons
$ Not enough focus on employees $ No proper direction for employees $ Hardly any bonus or pay rise. Main reason for people leaving.

Need to connect better with employees. Discussions are far and few.
