What Employees Say
I worked at Xcite Automotive full-time for less than a year
Pros
Working pretty much alone. In good weather, it's good. In nad weather, it's horrible.
Cons
Local lead was a bully. No empathy what so ever a d was constantly calling and badgering. The job is VERY physical. Working hard is just fine, but pushing employees beyond thier limits, is cruel. You... are totally exhausted at the end of the day and can't do anything, but shower and go to bed when done. You better be in your 30's, and full of energy to do this job. And the dealerships were ok, but the corporate people with the demands, have no idea what it's like in the field.
Advice to Management
Don't be so condensending and rude! Answer questions without being mean. Understand that sometimes, conditions outside are so bad, that it does slow you up!
I worked at Charley's Angels part-time for more than a year
Pros
it was a fun job, I got to pose babies all day and talk to happy parents. With the sales commission I usually made $20 hour. You leave work when you are done with your sessions.
Cons
can be stressful, managing the timing with the babies testing, hearing screener, and doctor.
