There used to be a lot of pros working for Hartmann but not anymore! Since the senior management changed the company went down hill and is still going down hill. Recruited some extremely rubbish... managers.
The current management is poor. Some have been through mediation more than once because they clearly don't have the skills to manage sales people. The contracts have all changed for the worse. This... is no longer a family friendly company.
Advice to Management
Get rid of the management and you might recruit some fantastic people.
