Pros

Great team of people in Europe. Collaborative work environment in amazing office. Strong sense of team working and open access to the local leadership team. A positive outlook ahead for Zayo.

Cons

Not for the faint hearted. It's a hard working environment and isn't for everyone. To be successful you need to be a self starter and open to finding the information you need.

Advice to Management

Continue to listen to your people. Champion the differences in operating in Europe to take advantage of the opportunity ahead.

I have been working at LogRhythm full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great company, great culture and overall great experience. The culture is so positive, caring, and so many people have gone out of their way to help me. LogRhythm truly cares about your career growth... and professional development. Plenty of training opportunities and wealth of resources are available e.g LogRhythm University and Udemy etc. to learn and develop your skills. Managers are very supportive and always helpful whenever you need them. They make sure that you have full support from them by arranging 1x1 and 4x4 meetings with us. I’ve been very grateful for my time at LogRhythm so far and am excited to see what future holds for me. I truly appreciate this company for leadership, mission, culture and team work. Our team is the best team I have ever worked with throughout my career. Leadership has handled the COVID-19 situation wisely and has been very transparent every step of the way by putting our health and safety first. Special thanks to our CEO who has given half day Fridays till end of this year to reward us for our hard work through these difficult times.
