I have been working at AO full-time for less than a year

Pros

The people you work with are truly fantastic. Managers have your back. Ideas are listened to, and the culture is buzzing. The company is a great size, where you can see the results of the work you... do and the impact it makes. The offices are brilliant too. There’s an on-site spa, subsidised Starbucks, a huge canteen area, and not to mention the fully stocked fridges on every floor with free food & drinks. Almost every week there’s something exciting going on - it genuinely makes you want to work in the office. There’s also free car parking. Plus the perks are great. Discounts on the AO.com website, priority tickets to the AO Arena and so much to look after mental health and well-being.

Cons

Sometimes people would like to hear more from the senior exec team, but this has massively improved recently anyway.
