What is the retirement plan like at 2020 Companies?

Pros

I've been with 2020 Companies almost 5 years and have had a ring side seat to witness our company assimilate and grow. Pros of working here are affordable medical benefits, 401k match, flexible work schedule with early release for holidays, and monthly events to celebrate company wins and Holidays. Keeping a positive company culture is important to leadership!

Cons

The location of 2020 Companies at Texas Motor Speedway is a con. While it's exciting a few times per year, the drive from any where in DFW is a long commute.

Pros of working here are affordable medical benefits, 401k match, flexible work schedule with early release for holidays, and monthly events to celebrate company wins and Holidays.

Not much room for opportunity for promotions, you are reminded that is retail and you are "replaceable". Also no pay raises.

Advice to Management

Training and communication could be better plus single online hub or somewhere that contains all the links to websites, surveys in one place. Simplify things.
