How are senior leaders perceived at A.S. Watson Group?


1. Depending on the store you're assigned to, the colleagues are the reason why I've stayed as they make work a little bit more enjoyable 2. Gain skills that are useful and in-demand such as general management skills (inventory management and customer service) 3. Can request to work at an outlet nearby your residence which makes it convenient to go to work


1. In favour of office staff and upper management in general, does not care about frontline feedback 2. Outdated systems such as old POS software that hangs and lags often and refuse to change paper price labels into e-shelflabels 3. Freezes salary and promotion of "all" employees except for pharmacists for some reason which is really unfair 4. Too much workload, at times more than can be handled 5. No OT pay for management staff (CE, ASM & SM) except supervisor role so if you work extra hours, its for free

Advice to Management

Be fair and equal to all employees across departments and consider upgrading systems to boost work efficiency and effectiveness
