Does AMC Entertainment offer employee discounts?

Pros

Free movies, discount on food and drink on and off the clock, comprehensive benefits. It can be a fun place to work.

Cons

They preach about their dedication to growth and development and opportunities for advancement but few opportunities for advancement exist if you are a manager unwilling to relocate yourself on your own dime. I've worked in customer service my entire working life and have never, ever experienced the kind of obnoxious, bullying behavior from customers that I experienced here. I worked for three years at five different theatres in my area and was uniformly treated like garbage by guests at every location. Something about the theatre environment truly brings out the worst in the people visiting there.

Advice to Management

Pay your employees better for the nonsense and stress they have to deal with on a daily, if not hourly, basis.

Free movies, discount on food and drink on and off the clock, comprehensive benefits.
