How is race or ethnicity talked about at ASDA?

Pros

You only work what you get paid for (at least that was the case for me). Fun team culture at times

Cons

A lot of racism despite now being owned by people of Indian descent and despite the diversity. Corrupt organisation. Management can be bullies let alone colleagues. You either fit the culture or you don't. If you don't, be prepared to be massively side lined.
