How are senior leaders perceived at ASDA?

Pros

Over time is always available if you don't mind working different areas. The Sharesave scheme is a fantastic little earner.

Cons

The stress doesn't match the rate of pay, company refuses to hire more staff as their system says there's enough (there isn't) Upper management is clueless and out of touch with the problems in store offering no real solutions only making demands of management and staff.
