How are senior leaders perceived at AT Medics?

Pros

I have been working here for over 8 years and my personal experience at the company has been very caring leadership, competitive and fair salary, job growth possibilities, and a great work/life balance. AT Medics is a place that promotes inclusion, diversity, innovation, collaboration, world class patient care and so much more. As a Regional Director of Operations my role requires me to work from different surgeries across many teams and I have always received support and mentoring from the Company Directors. My co-workers have also been amazing and helpful. Working with my team, helping patients is the most rewarding aspect of my job and I look forward to doing that for the foreseeable future. This company truly values its employees. They provide ongoing professional and personal development. I looked forward to going to work each day. I definitely endorse working at AT Medics.

Does there seem to be diversity at AT Medics?

Pros

AT Medics is inwardly and outwardly the most quality focused organisation I have ever had the privilege of serving. There is a great sense of professional and personal pride in knowing that even if you are not directly involved in the delivery of patient care, your efforts, however small or large, will result in the improvement of our patients' lives. The GP Founders have developed a world-class organisation, an exemplar for Primary Care globally in so many ways. Working with excellent colleagues across the organisation has so many benefits, to name a few: - significant investment in continued professional development of colleagues in all posts and at all levels of the organisation, including leadership programmes for aspiring leaders - potential to progress through the organisation for a variety of career paths; I have several colleagues who started as reception staff and are now in very senior positions, as well as clinician colleagues who have been supported through their career progression through to clinical leadership - flexible working and diversity in all roles, with the ability to work across different locations and teams - exposure to the cutting edge of Primary Care innovation; a focused innovation department that delivers Digital Health solutions and programmes that are quickly scaled and made available across our sites - a family atmosphere and environment across the individual practices and organisationally; we connect across London in innovative and integrative ways that transcend typical boundaries in the NHS - working with truly exceptional colleagues up and down the organisation

Cons

Not a con really, more something to consider when considering your career plans. Working within healthcare at any level necessarily impacts the health and lives of patients. This sometimes means you can't just down tools at 5pm as you may be able to in another industry. This by no means is mandated, but a caring organisation means we deliver care, we care for one another, and we care about what we do, all very deeply.

- flexible working and diversity in all roles, with the ability to work across different locations and teams
