How is the work/life balance at Ably?

1) At Ably I've consistently found that I'm given the freedom and autonomy I need to do really good work. You have a high level of control over what you work on, how you prioritize it, and usually own projects from start to finish. But you are expected to deliver on your responsibilites. I find this great because there's little if any micro management. 2) This goes for the whole company so it creates a high-energy, collaborative, and actually really fun work environment. And who can complain about free beer and snacks in the office? This is quite the gushing review but Ably is genuinely a great place to work.

But the CEO and senior management are doing a great job focusing on this. 2) The office can sometimes be a bit noisy. But new offices in the next couple of months will solve this.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work with the collaborative/inclusive company culture, the truly flexible work environment, and continue to clearly communicate the company and product vision.

4) Work/life balance is good despite high
