Pros
From Day 1 up until today, I have felt very welcomed. They make me feel included and even invite me to lunch every time. I think that says a lot about the work culture. Literally every colleague I work with is willing to support me in my work tasks when I need the help and guidance.
My manager is very understanding to the point that they understand my work progress even when it’s slow. And they give me multiple resources for when I am stuck with something.
Cons
The PDO policy is confusing and there needs to be more discussion and education around this. I also think holidays should not be included in the PDO bank and should be separate and an add-on to the balance.
Pay could be better for the work that I do, but there is opportunity to progress and get paid more.
