What is the salary like at Alldus International?

Pros

None, There is absolutely nothing good to say about working for Alldus.

Cons

I don't know how else to say this but here is just a list of the cons: Awful Communication from Managers to consultants, if there is any in the first place. Never has any employee been promoted. They have never paid out any incentives that any staff member has won. They reduced our salaries by 20% overnight without any agreement from any employee. No pens or paper in the office, buy or bring your own. No flexibility in your work day. No work from home. You only hear from owners when you have a potential deal. No training provided for self development.

Advice to Management

Just give up now.

They reduced our salaries by 20% overnight without any agreement from any employee.

What are other benefits and incentives like at Alldus International?

Pros

None at all. Multiple employees have left in Dublin

Cons

- No structure within the company. The directors (who are also acting as managers, trainers, account managers and HR) like to applaud how great they were in their last company (they all came from a big agency) but they have forgotten how to set up the foundations of a company and keep their em ployees happy and motivated. EGO's are big at alldus and you wont hear enough of it. Covid : They reduced the salaries by 20% overnight with no warning. They still took goverment support and continued to have a 20% reduction while hiring people on big salaries in other countries. Commission: Greed, greed nd more greed. The worst commission structure leaning in their favours. Founders and directors taking up to 50% for getting a job on while the consultant slaves on the job overseeing the processfrom interview to offer and dealing with clients issues, GREED. This is seen multiple times. -No HR: For all issues you are dealing with the founders who are ALWAYS RIGHT and will make decisions which benefit them. They do not function like a normal company and have no regard for basic employee rights Work/life balance: They will happily let you work 12 hours to fill a role and be ware you have stayed back to get ahead and wont bat an eyelid. They wont ask why or advise that you shouldnt but they encourage it without saying thank you. if it comes to asking for a few hours off in a day they make a fuss and insist you make up for it. mental health: No regard for stress levels and do not have the structure, processes or common decency/regard for mental health. there was a loyal employee who left in early 2020 who visibly stressed, anxious and left to rot after changing back from the new york market, they left a few weeks later. You can go weeks without a call with your direct report and are only worth speaking to during peak performing times. Development: no development structure. The divisions are all over the place there is no set plan on how to structure teams everyone works jobs. Training: Poor 5-7 people have left in dublin this year with more to follow. Communication: mentioned a few times above you are dealing with directors and founders for all issues who are out for themselves. The communication around pay, commission, incentives, covd, stress everything is poor and you can be waiting weeks. no career progression. They sit you down and talk about your goals and what you want to achieve in life and then use these against you to work harder but in the end you end up with nothing they screwed people over with salary and pay by not paying them until legal action by the ex employee was sought. They made some employees sign gag orders so that they would pay them off and not go public with the actions of the “executive board” Their current 5stars reviews were put up by interns they hired for free labour and asking consultants to ask all of their candidates to leave 5 star google reviews. I would say 5% are genuine all of the rest are from begging. Consultants tell candidates that it is for a promotion but thats not the case. The 5 star google reviews are for the founders ego.
