Does Alldus International offer unlimited holiday?

Pros

I have no pros in working for Alldus

Cons

Within Alldus senior management asks of their staff to lie to their candidates that they are going for a promotion and will you leave a 5* google review. No promotions have ever been made, this is a tactic they do in order to push Alldus up as the "Most trusted recruitment company in Europe" in google rankings these reviews are not reflective of the business, you are asking your employees to do this on a day to day basis and promoting your reviews across social media platforms. They use scare mongering tactics to not pay staff money that is owed. Board members claiming they are in the major leagues of recruitment and consultants are in the minor leagues. Never has any employee been promoted during my time in the business. Incentives achieved and never paid out or not even a mentioned as to why. Salaries reduced by 20% overnight without any agreement from any employee whilst continuing to hire employees across the board, lying to staff that no hires would be made until our wages was rectified and continuing to do so. Requesting pens and papers are not top of their priorities so bring your own and do not bother to ask. No flexibility in your work day, zero atmosphere in the office. No work from home which is fine but I have seen consultants work until 8-8:30 pm nearly every day and come in 10-20 minutes late to be told they are disrespecting the business. No recognition of work done under any circumstance the lucky got to ring a bell hung up on the wall. Personal favorite was working Christmas Eve and the CCO left the office to arrive back with gifts (Wines, Chocolates ect all wrapped) for the clients that gave him business....not even a card for staff. The list goes on

Advice to Management

Give your staff recognition for the millions of euros they made your business.

How are the career development opportunities at Alldus International?

Pros

Colleagues I worked with was great. Basic salary wasn’t too bad. Gained experience in who not to work for.

Cons

No work life balance - expected to take calls and emails on days off and if you don’t your took into a meeting and asked if this is really for you. (Employee left because of this) No culture or office atmosphere. If you were talking you were told “back in the zone”. Any target for trips away, pizza or drinks would be unrealistic and when hit would be taking away due to invoices not been paid by the client within the target timeframe. I’m still owed a pizza :) Poor commission structure that lines the pockets of the higher ups (directors). 15k threshold. Anything over 15k you earn 15% but the directors who get jobs on that 50% of your earnings. (Earn 40k. You get 20. 15 is no earning. So you get 15% of 5k.) No support during covid (no care calls or equipment) and pay was taking away at the end of March before covid really hit Ireland. No career advancement. They will tel you it’s an meritocracy company but then they hire in high level people and tell you there’s no position and you need to do more (even tho your over achieving on targets) No HR department.

Advice to Management

Instead of rejecting people’s advice when leaving and criticising people take it onboard and learn.

No career advancement.

What kind of career opportunities exist at Alldus International?

Pros

From my first day here I have truly believed that this company will become a leader in the AI recruitment arena. Every hire, play, process, tool and engagement has been considered and understood to get the very best out of each staff member whilst fostering superb client relationships and ultimately revenue. It is a fantastic achievement in such a short space of time and a reflection of the passion and commitment the leaders of this business have. The staff care about each other greatly and throughout this pandemic there have been no dropped connections or missed opportunities to create a wonderful culture of collaboration and success with your opinion being highly valued. I had the opportunity to impart some of my knowledge and training to the whole company which has delivered results already, something I am very proud of. How they approach the community and sector is unique and highly effective with results being generated daily, however, they have a pragmatic approach too. All the leaders of this business have recruited, developed, managed/lead teams and business previously, thus allowing them to understand the challenges you are facing whilst offering support to help you find the wins! Regrettably, I am moving on for personal reasons and whilst it has not been an easy decision for me to leave; I am confident the foundations have been built for Alldus to be a true recruitment leader and I am very proud to have played a part. If you get an opportunity to join this company, do not hesitate. Thank you for mine. Adam Stahler.

Cons

Honestly, nothing. In a less serious note, there have been some seriously dodgy moustaches grown for charity, but again its for a great cause so well done!

Advice to Management

Keep going, you've got a great company.

How are senior leaders perceived at Alldus International?

Pros

As the headline suggests - Alldus are a truly fantastic company to work for. From Chairman to back office, to management, team members and coaches - there is a dedication and passion that is unique within the recruitment industry. They genuinely care about their staff and create an environment that not only allows success, but the opportunity to be heard ,and valued, within the business. The leadership are true leaders within the AI staffing industry and the consultants they manage embody the strong values and practices that are expected of them. The sector is vibrant and exciting, thankfully the people within Alldus reflect this outlook! The people within Alldus have been a success before and they will be again. Unlike a lot of 'recruitment managers' - These guys have 'walked the walk' as recruiters and understand, and appreciate, the challenges that their staff face. They will help you find a resolution to everything and anything. And they will ensure your success as a member of their team. I am unfortunately having to move on for personal reasons, otherwise I would be delighted to be part of the business' undoubted future success. I wish all the team at Alldus my best wishes for the future Fraser Torrance

Cons

Absolutely none - aside from the cheesy data science related jokes on the team WhatsApp group :)

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing.
