How are senior leaders perceived at Appello (UK)?

Pros

- Kind staff. All my colleges are colleagues are very kind. Every one is very welcoming when you join and you feel apart of the team very quickly. -Managers and supervisors are always very helpful and easy to talk to. They are also very welcoming. - The CEO visits the Control centre often and greets everybody, he also sends a weekly email which allows you to keep up to date about the business and what is happening. -Good facilities within the control centre. There is two water boilers able to be used to make tea and coffee, Multiple fridges, water dispensers, multiple toilets on site and two large break rooms fitted with vending machines. - Great progression programs where you are able to help you rise through the business and a mentor program where you are able to learn new skills through colleagues. -Overtime is available often and sometimes at enhanced rates. - Lots of benefits including discounts, healthcare, leisure and others.

Cons

No cons spring to mind.

What are some insights into the strategy or vision at Appello (UK)?

Pros

Working in a progressive people orientated organisation, Appello is a great place to be. The company has invested in product and talent and now we are seeing the return on that investment. We have a great product and service portfolio and a great team delivering every area of the business. The people are nice, the management team understand the industry and value their people.

Cons

The office could do with a lick of paint, but a refurbishment is coming soon.

Keep up the great work!
