How are senior leaders perceived at Arm?

Pros

Market dominance and dependence, limited competition, strong employee benefits, competitive compensation

Cons

Senior leadership lacks vision, highly political management culture, intolerant to risk, very limited upward mobility outside of San Jose, CA, employee engagement suffers from individual contributors being undervalued by middle management, weak equity plan.

Advice to Management

Senior and upper management need to reverse the "I not We" culture, engage more with their teams, be open to the opportunity to learn and make better decisions. Too often individual contributors are silenced by the egotism and politics of managers only managing upward and are not held accountable. Employees who are recognized for their roles and importance to delivering on strategic objectives will be motivated to go above and beyond, to be their "Brilliant Selves", and fuel their "Passion for Progress". The world does not and cannot revolve around the CEO office.
