Brilliant people, amazing bonuses and perks, no hierarchy (although it varies from team to team), great work life balance, senior leadership is very strong and thorough

Arm is a medium to large company, but there are plenty of changes and new opportunities to get involved with . There are numerous people that have been at the company for multiple decades. The company has a great focus on sustainability and actively works to make the world better through the Global Goals and the 2030 Vision partnership.
