i cannot find a bad thing

They provide good rare pay for bank staff and there is always shifts available

Understaffed hospital, but that would be the same anyway

Low on resources (people tend to use and abuse you especially being a band 1/2 or 3 Either extremely busy or not busy at all Not alot of training opportunities No development opportunities

Give your staff a proper induction, 1-1 training and guide them.

Not knowing shifts to far in advance Pettiness of some staff Not much progression
