Great way to get started in the insurance world, very detailed training. Lots of over time, work from home opportunities

Cons

High turnover , extremely stressful and low pay, understaffed, micro management

Advice to Management

Nurture and grow to play easy with have within the company. Increase pay for employees- it will impossible to keep good people at such low rates especially for the area.
