Does there seem to be diversity at Audley Travel?

Pros

Great perks. Nice work environment. Good people.

Cons

Culture of working unpaid overtime. Lack of diversity in the workplace, which in fairness has been raised as an issue and I hope will improve.

How is race or ethnicity talked about at Audley Travel?

Pros

Can be a fun environment. Opportunity to travel.

Cons

Cliquey, bullying tactics, complete lack of diversity within the company. Racist jokes are made constantly. No confidentiality. If your face fits, you’ll do well here. If you don’t fit the mould you have no chance of career progression.
