What is the company culture like at Autino?
Pros
- Full of ideas and creativity - The people are really great people to work with - If you like a challenge, this is the place to go - Location and office facilities - Benefits package is good for a small company
Cons
- Want to conquer the world before conquering their own turf - Lack of focus on the work and path that matter - More investment in individuals is needed. Investing in people is investing in the company
Advice to Management
Keep the positive work you have been doing in recent months, it is a long term investment so the benefits realisation may take longer than you expect, but don't give up. I hear somewhere: Look after your people and they will take care of your business.

What are co-workers like at Autino?
Pros
Autino is an ambitious company: they are expanding worldwide and growing accordingly. If this appeals to you, you'll probably like Autino. These people know their technology. I found the level of technical skill around the office impressive, from operations to development. The architect team are REALLY good.
Cons
Being in an adaptive company can be challenging for the people having to adapt. You may thrive on this, but I personally did not. This is a successful company who started with big ambitions and continue to be successful with them. This means lots of hard work amongst priority brutalisation, in favour of delivery. We've all seen this, but with their rate of expansion, Autino have moments where they take it to another level.
Advice to Management
Hello Autino Senior Management! My advice, if any - listen to your middle management. I guess (but don't actually know) they are reluctant to ever kick back, and I don't believe it is encouraged by you. I feel this is a shame but I understand no one likes the glare of a lighthouse beam in their face. I'm sure you're doing all the right things to continue to grow, but can't resist to say: you have ten fingers for sending emails and two ears for listening to lighthouses.
The architect team are REALLY good.
