Read what Avis Budget Group employees think about diversity and inclusion at the company, and if their workforce is comprised and supportive of individuals of varying gender, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, religion and other attributes.
Communication with leadership is terrible, even among themselves. Company doesn't have phones or radios in the exit gate/returns booth, another failure at communication. They care about making money more than they care about their employees. Some employees get special treatment, like sleeping on the job and not getting disciplined for it. Company doesn't train employees on the devices and systems used well and managers have a fit when you ask for help. Managers hide when they are needed, sometimes employees don't even know who the manager on duty is. Complaining will only make your work life harder. Racism is alive and well in this company's management, at least in the city I work in.
Advice to Management
Not that they're going to see this, but management needs to go back to school and learn what and how to use communication, learn what and how to act like a leader.
