Pros

Avis has a highly competitive benefits package with excellent time off!

Cons

Lack of advancement within the department, department is heavily micromanaged. It is a call center environment.

Pros

The benefit package is good.

Cons

Most locations are short of staff so current workers work a lot of long hours and they are not compensated for their efforts. Employees are not given breaks on the second shift and on weekends. They cannot leave the station.

Advice to Management

Implement annual reviews, raises, and cost of living increases to employees at all locations.

The benefit package is good.
