The company is very flexible and accommodating with their employees. The other technicians at the shop are very nice and everyone gets along well. There is little to no drama among coworkers at the shop. The shift leads are very helpful and understanding.

Cons

The technicians are responsible to report parts that need to be ordered to the manager. The manager often takes weeks to get the parts delivered. This decreases overall productivity of the shop. The manager often micromanages his employees almost as a way to distract himself from doing his own work.

Be a little more trusting in your workers.
