Pros

Money, Worklife Balance, Don’t have to buy uniform

Cons

Micromanaged by managers who have no idea what their doing half of the time. Evil customers calling you out your name, with no assistance from managers. Constantly changing pay structure to make it harder to make money, have to stand all day with 1000 chairs behind you or they will write you up. No integrity, bad line management, harassment daily.... HR is a joke. Money is good, but at the cost of your piece of mind, a d mental health.

Advice to Management

Fire everyone, and try again.
